The vocal chops are back with an insanely great flick that tells the story of how a beaten, mocked and misunderstood clown turned a path of long-life abuse and derision into an unrestrained spiral of murder, and inadvertently became an inspiration for thousands of citizens who were not only sick of the rich and powerful elite who scorned them but also craving for chaos, rebellion and bloody subversion.
